The owner of the online store suckors.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is GReat OÜ (12777641), located at Lootsi 19, Kuressaare, 93810, ESTONIA .
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order. Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Payments can be done in Euros via Bank links or with a credit card.
The payment is carried out outside the online store of suckors.com in a secure paying environment of service provider Maksekeskus AS (http://maksekeskus.ee/en/).
The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank or credit card information.
Payments via Bank links
Select your bank, through which you wish to pay for the purchase. Complete all procedures required by the bank. Your order will only be processed after you have clicked on „Tagasi kaupmehe juurde“/“Back to Merchant“. Your order will then be put together as you provided.
Payments with Credit Cards
In order to pay for your purchase with a credit card, fill in the necessary information and confirm your order. Your order will then be put together as you provided. Customer can pay for their orders with credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-10 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.
Our courier service in Estonia is conducted in cooperation with Omniva.
Your order is shipped to the Omniva parcel terminal that you picked while placing your order. Delivery times may be up to 3 working days. As soon as the parcel arrives at the destination terminal, SmartPost will send you an SMS with all the necessary information for pick-up. To receive the parcel, enter the code sent to you via SMS into the screen on the parcel terminal – after that, the locker door will open and the parcel is yours!
Your delivery is kept in the parcel terminal for 7 calendar days from the sending of the door code to your mobile phone.
All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
Returning the products and refunds
We accept returns for 14 days since purchase. We refund the whole purchase amount excluding shipping costs. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If our delivery is wrong or the products are defective, notify us immediately upon receiving such delivery at the e-mail address email@example.com. You can exchange the wrong or defective goods on the basis of the receipt or invoice. We will bear all costs of returning wrong or defective products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or submitted by calling +372 5661449 . If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.

The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union
